Request account and data deletion

This page outlines the process to delete your Telvem account and associated data. Telvem is committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with control over your personal information.

Steps to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Through Email

Send an email to our support team with your account deletion request:

  1. Send an email to kilicserhat975@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Telvem Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your Telvem account
  4. We will process your request and send a confirmation email once completed

Option 2: Through the App

You can also request deletion directly from within the Telvem app:

  1. Open the Telvem app on your device
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Select "Account"
  4. Tap on "Delete Account"
  5. Follow the confirmation steps

Data Deletion Information

Data That Will Be Deleted:

  • Your email address
  • Your account profile information
  • Your fortune reading history
  • Your uploaded coffee cup and plate images
  • Your preference settings
  • Your device ID associating with your account

Data Retention:

  • We will process your account deletion request within 7 business days
  • Some information may be retained for an additional 30 days in our backup systems
  • Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports may be retained (these cannot be used to identify you)
  • If required by law, we may be obligated to retain certain information for legal or compliance purposes

Important Note:

Please be aware that deleting your account will result in the immediate loss of access to all purchased fortune readings and premium features. This action cannot be undone, and your account cannot be recovered once deleted.
